| i had aol since 2003,i tried cancelling it last may o7 but the aol guy on the phone won't listened to me he practically was in tears saying he will loer the price to $5 /month ,i was on the phone with him for about 45 minutes and i finally agreed .you see i already swithced to another company but aol was still charging even if i don't use it.last april 08 i asked my credit card company to send me a new card with a different number,immediately i got emails from aol asking for payment or else they will charge me late fees lo and behold on my credit card statement there it is automatic charge from aol, i don't know who gave my new credit card number and from $5 it is now 19.99.i am fuming mad it is a sunday when i opened my bill and i can't get anybody on the phone,i'll try tommorrow.i still feel upset!!!!!! |

I'm so glad I'm not alone. What's up with these people? Are they crazy? I just talked to someone a minute ago concerning monies that have been drafted from my account that they were not suppose to be. I signed for the $9.95 unlimited, and was charged $25.90 on the 4th of June. I called concerning that matter and I was told it would be posted back into my account. It hasn't happened. Today , July 1st, I was checking my account by phone and found out they drafted another $25.90 on the 29th of June from my account, which is suppose to be a free month. What the ----? This caused my account to be in overdraft. I pay all my bills with my checking account and when I finish I have very little left in my account. AOL are lier's , cheaters, and when I get out of this mess they want have to worry about me again.

It sounds as you have had a fucking good aol a/c. So in turn you just need to fucking sit back and take a fucking chill pill to chill the fuck out. Then you can shut the fuck up and enjoy your fucking account. By the way stop fucking cursing! Have a nice fucking day!!!! |

| i don't even remember signing up for this. i never sign up for anything i have to pay for, so i can't imagine signing up. i don't even use aol. i only realized it when i got my credit card bill. this has happened with other sites,so everyone out there always check your credit card bills!!!!! |
