I guess that the world is far more illiterate than I could have ever imagined.. I guess that's what an ISP like AOL is counting on!
Since starting this site I have received many emails from people asking me to cancel their AOL account immediately. I don't know if people are somehow confusing my site logo for the AOL logo or what, but I am stupefied by this activity. At any rate I have received so many of these emails that I have now decided to start this page as a "Wall of Shame." If you see your name or email on this page then you should probably just stick with AOL. I don't think you can handle High-Speed internet and should consider hiring a full-time help desk.

No ,not so bad stories here from just that I talked to one of your reps tonight from India,that did speak english,but did not understand a bit of english. The reason I called was because I chatted with one of your so called reps,and he(gil) refered me to a web site that might have some answers for me.As soon as I got to that web site,my p/c advised me of a virus. So after scanning my p/c for virus and fixing it,I called your tech support and told her about it and she cut me off.,I called back and went thru all the automated bull ,opps I mean,automated service again and finally got ahold of a person,guy person,that I could never understand his name from india.
This letter and hand writtin letter is going to be sent to where ever aol company is.
