My Sister’s Christmas Wedding Present
I have a special present for my sister this year. She’s getting married a few weeks before Christmas, so I thought the perfect wedding present for her and her new husband would be a Fontanini Nativity Set.
I don’t know if she’s actually seen anything from Fontanini before, but my in-laws have an extensive collection that they bring out every year. My mother-in-law isn’t even sure how many pieces she has, but she guesses that she has well over two hundred figurines and half a dozen structures – inculding the stable, of course.
I thought a Fontanini starter Nativity set would be a great gift for my sister because it is something that can grow with her marriage. She can buy new figurines each year, and if she likes, she can write the year on the bottom of each one, so in later years, she can see the date and remember the Christmas she added that specific figurine to the collection, and remember why each Christmas was so special.

My Gift to Myself
Christmas indeed is almost here. Everyone as of the moment is looking forward for this wonderful celebration. I for one am saving money for the present that I will be giving to my family. And as early as now, I am actually window shopping for the right presents for them. Although I have been busy trying to figure out what to give them this Christmas, I also have not forgotten to give something to myself. It is sort of a reward to me for having been working hard for the whole duration of this year. And one of the many Christmas gift ideas that came to my mind is to buy myself a new cell phone. It is about time to replace the current one that I have been using. It has been with me for almost five years now and I agree that I need to give it a rest. I am looking forward to this upcoming occasion.
